The Heart Behind Terra Soul Therapies. Guiding You Back to Yourself.

My journey into psychotherapy has been a natural extension of my decades in nursing, much of it spent in emergency, mental health care, and management. Over the years, I’ve sat with people in their most vulnerable moments through crisis, loss, and change, and I’ve seen the strength that lives beneath struggle. I’ve also experienced my own seasons of growth, including years of religious influence and the long process of discovering my own truth and freedom. Through this, I’ve learned that real healing happens when someone sits beside you, not to fix you, but to be with you in what’s real. This understanding led me to Gestalt psychotherapy, a relational and embodied approach that meets people where they are and creates space for the parts of themselves they may have had to hide.
My work is trauma-informed, neuro-affirming, and grounded in lived experience. I understand what it’s like to live with anxiety, to hide parts of yourself, to feel unseen, and to move through life feeling different. I offer a space where you can be met with care, honesty, and respect. I’m grounded by my family, who remind me every day of the power of presence, repair, and love without perfection. What I offer is simple but real: genuine connection, understanding, and a safe place to come home to yourself.
When you arrive, you’ll step into a calm, welcoming space where you can pause, breathe, and simply be yourself. It’s a place of warmth, privacy, and care where you’re welcome just as you are. Rebuilding a sense of safety after trauma takes time, and my intention is to offer a space where trust can grow at your own pace, supported with compassion and respect.
Drawing on decades of experience in nursing, parenting, and life, I bring both professional understanding and lived experience to my work. What matters most to me is genuine connection — creating a space where you can feel safe, seen, and supported as you find your way back to yourself and a sense of peace.

My approach brings together warmth, curiosity, and practical support to meet the many ways people experience life including anxiety, trauma, neurodivergence, relationship challenges, and times of transition. I understand how overwhelming it can feel to hold so much and still try to move forward. Together, we’ll create space to slow down, build self-trust, and make sense of what’s happening, finding steadier ways to meet life’s challenges with clarity and care.
With my background in nursing, I offer both emotional support and practical guidance to help you navigate whatever you’re facing with confidence and compassion.
My own journey has given me a deep interest in supporting people who live with anxiety or identify as neurodivergent. I understand how exhausting it can feel to navigate a world that doesn’t always fit. I offer a space where you can feel understood, accepted, and supported to be yourself.
When working with anxiety, I help you slow down, notice what’s happening beneath the surface, and understand what your anxiety may be trying to tell you. Together, we’ll co-create ways for you to feel calm, confident, and comfortable within yourself.
When working with neurodivergent clients, I take a strength-based and affirming approach. Together, we explore how your unique ways of thinking, sensing, and relating can be understood and supported, rather than changed or masked. My focus is on helping you recognise your strengths, honour your needs, and find practical ways to move through the world that feel authentic and sustainable for you.

I’m deeply interested in how people make meaning of their experiences and find their own way through life’s challenges. My work is shaped by curiosity, compassion, and a genuine respect for difference. I’m grounded by family, nature, and the simple moments that bring connection and calm.
