Drawing on Gestalt principles, embodied awareness, and relational approaches, I create a safe space where you can process experiences, explore patterns, and develop practical ways to navigate life’s challenges. My work is neuro-affirming, inclusive, and non-judgmental, supporting people of all identities, including those within the LGBTQIA+ community.

Gestalt Therapy

Gestalt therapy invites gentle self-exploration through non-judgemental awareness and attunement to the body. By noticing thoughts, emotions, and bodily sensations, unspoken patterns and unresolved experiences can surface in a safe, supported space.

Equine Assisted Therapy

Equine Assisted Therapy is an experiential approach where you work alongside horses to explore connection, boundaries, and emotional awareness. No riding is involved, sessions focus on observation, interaction and reflective exercises with the horses.

This approach helps you notice your patterns of behaviour, improve emotional regulation, strengthen non-verbal communication, and increase self-awareness. Horses respond intuitively to human emotions, making them a powerful mirror for growth, insight, and relational understanding.

Eco Therapy

Eco Therapy, or nature-based therapy, helps you reconnect with yourself through the natural world. Sessions take place outdoors, where the environment itself becomes part of the therapeutic process. This can support grounding, emotional regulation, stress reduction, and a greater sense of presence.

Through mindful observation, guided exercises, and reflective practices in nature, Eco Therapy encourages self-reflection, relaxation, and reconnection with your own rhythm and inner wisdom.
