Come Home to Yourself
What if the thoughts, emotions, behaviours, or physical sensations you’re experiencing aren’t signs that something is wrong with you, but valuable information from your mind, body, and nervous system? Rather than trying to silence or fix these experiences, psychotherapy and counselling can help you understand what they may be communicating.
At Terra Soul Therapies, I offer trauma-informed, neuro-affirming, body-based psychotherapy and counselling that helps you better understand yourself, your nervous system, your emotions, and the patterns that shape your life. Together, we build greater awareness, deepen self-understanding, and create meaningful, lasting change that feels authentic and sustainable for you.

You're In the
Right Place If...
You might be feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, weighed down by depression, trying to find your feet after a difficult life change, or carrying the impact of things that have happened in the past.
Maybe you are simply at a point where something needs to change.
At Terra Soul Therapies, I do not see people as broken or as needing to be fixed. I see people who have adapted to what life has thrown at them in the best way they knew how.
Sometimes those ways of coping continue long after we need them. They can show up in our thoughts, emotions, relationships, behaviours and in the way our body and nervous system respond.
Therapy gives us the space to slow things down and get curious about what is happening for you. We can explore the patterns that have developed, what your mind and body might be trying to communicate, and what happens when you begin to respond differently.
It is not about becoming a different person. It is about understanding yourself more deeply, having more choice in how you respond, and finding ways of living that feel more aligned with who you are and how you want to feel in your life.

Common experiences I support…
Anxiety & Stress
Anxiety and stress are your nervous systems way of communicating that something needs your attention - they are not a sign that you are broken. Together, we will explore what’s your mind and body are responding to, understand the patterns keeping you stuck, and build on your strengths so you can respond in ways that align with you and your values, beliefs, wants and desires.
Relationship Issues
Relationships can be some of the most rewarding and challenging parts of life. Together, we’ll explore the patterns that may be keeping you stuck, better understand your needs and strengths, and work towards healthier, more meaningful ways of connecting with yourself and the people who matter most to you.
Trauma & PTSD
Trauma can change the way your nervous system responds long after the event has passsed. Together, we will work to understand those responses, reconnect with your body’s strengths, and gently build a greater sense of safety, choice, and control. Healing isn’t about forgetting what happened, its about helping your nervous system learn that its no longer has to survive the past.
Burnout and Work Related Stress
Work, life and family can bring purpose, meaning and responsibility, but the pressure to keep everything going can take its toll. Together, we’ll explore what’s contributing to your stress, build on your strengths, and help you find a way of working and living with at supports both your wellbeing and the people what matter most in your life.
Life Transitions & Change
Change is a natural part of life, and it can bring uncertainty, stress and a sense of losing your footing, Whether your’re navigating a new career, relationship, parenthood, retirement, illness or another life transition, we’ll work together to understand what this change means for you, build on your strengths, and help you move forward with great confidence and clarity and excitement.
Grief and Loss
Grief is a natural response to loss in all its forms. Whether you’ve lost a person, a relationship, your health, a role, a dream, or a sense of who you are, therapy offers a space to process your experience, honour what matters, and gently move forward in a way that feels fight for you.
Depression & Self-Esteem Issues
Depression and self-esteem issues change the way you see yourself, others and the world around you. Rather than viewing these expereinces as personal flaws, we’ll approach them as meaningful signals that something in your mind, body, or nervous system needs attentional. From there, we will identify your strengths, deepen your understanding of yourself, and support lasting change that is authentic and sustainable for you.
Neurodiversity & LGBTIQA+SB
Friendly

What
Clients Say…
"Incredibly helpful…helped me gain real clarity"
"I had a session with Terra Soul Therapies and saw Cath to work through something that had been sitting with me for a while. The session was incredibly helpful.
Cath is a wonderful listener. Her gentle prompts and thoughtful nudges helped me gain real clarity about what was going on beneath the surface. I felt supported to come to my own understanding, and by the end of the session I was able to release the tension the issue had been creating.
I’m very grateful for her grounded, intuitive guidance and can highly recommend her."
