Drawing on my background in nursing, trauma-informed, neuro-affirming Gestalt psychotherapy and Sensorimotor psychotherapy, I provided a grounded and supportive space where we explore the connection between your mind, body, and nervous system. Together, we will uncover your strengths, depend your understanding of yourself, and create meaningful change that feels authentic and sustainable.

With over 25 years of healthcare experience, I provide trauma-informed, neuro-affirming therapy for anxiety, stress, burnout, trauma, ADHD, autism, relationship challenges, grief and life transitions.
