Feeling stuck is exhausting,
you don’t have to figure it out alone.

A compassionate non-judgemental space where healing and self-discovery unfold.

Drawing on decades of experience in healthcare and extensive training in Gestalt psychotherapy, Terra Soul Therapies offers trauma-informed support for life’s challenges, including anxiety, depression, burnout, grief, neurodivergence (including later diagnosis), and times of transition.

The focus is not on fixing, but on meeting what is real and gently guiding you back to the truth of who you are.

Therapeutic Approaches at Terra Soul Therapies

Terra Soul Therapies offers several therapeutic approaches depending on your needs and personal journey.
Sessions may include Gestalt psychotherapy, equine-assisted therapy, or nature-based eco therapy, each supporting emotional awareness, reflection, and personal growth.

Gestalt Psychotherapy

Cath’s work is grounded in Gestalt therapy, an approach that values awareness, presence, and genuine human connection. In each session, she meets you where you are and gently invites you to slow down, tune in to your body, sensations, emotions, and relationships, and notice what’s happening in the moment. Through this awareness, Cath supports you to understand the patterns that shape your experience and discover new ways of relating to yourself and others, creating space for choice, growth, and a deeper sense of peace.

Equine Assisted Therapy

Equine-assisted therapy is a powerful way to explore yourself through connection with horses. Their natural sensitivity and honest responses reflect what’s happening beneath the surface, helping you notice patterns, emotions, and ways of relating. Working alongside a horse invites you to slow down, build trust, and deepen self-awareness, creating space for genuine connection, healing, and a greater sense of clarity and confidence.

Eco Therapy

Eco therapy invites awareness through direct contact with nature, deepening connection, presence, and self support within the natural world around you.
