In each session, she meets you where you are and gently invites you to slow down, tune in to your body, sensations, emotions, and relationships, and notice what’s happening in the moment. Through this awareness, Cath supports you to understand the patterns that shape your experience and discover new ways of relating to yourself and others, creating space for choice, growth, and a deeper sense of peace.
Equine-assisted therapy is a powerful way to explore yourself through connection with horses. Their natural sensitivity and honest responses reflect what’s happening beneath the surface, helping you notice patterns, emotions, and ways of relating. Working alongside a horse invites you to slow down, build trust, and deepen self-awareness, creating space for genuine connection, healing, and a greater sense of clarity and confidence.

In-person psychotherapy sessions are held in Albion, Brisbane, and equine-assisted therapy sessions take place in Closeburn. Online sessions are also available.
